No question they have stolen money from other customers who haven’t caught this “error” and the horrible customer service response left me with the impression it’s intentional. A month and 10+ emails AND more Facebook messages when customer service was again unresponsive, trying to explain why their math was wrong and I was owed more money, they finally agreed to “ALLOWING” me to return all four shirts for a full refund (as if they were doing me a favour by not openly breaking the law) ONLY after I said I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card and file a consumer complaint.
After a week+ of no reply, I finally forced a response after messaging the Facebook page. The online return process resulted in getting only part of what I paid for the shirts refunded. Ordered 4 shirts and needed to return 2 that didn’t fit. Avoid spaghetti straps, unless you’re planning on layering a camisole under your blouse or sweater. Fraudulent nightmare return/refund process Or layer your blazer with a NUMI undershirt, and save yourself from the extra laundry cycle or visit to the dry cleaners.
